As AI reshapes our digital landscape, we've reached a critical inflection point where organizations that establish robust Trust & Safety protocols will not only mitigate risks but gain competitive advantages through responsible innovation. Yet the field of AI Trust & Safety remains largely undefined despite its growing importance, with many organizations lacking clear guidelines on managing the associated risks.

"Organizations are navigating uncharted waters with powerful tools that can both transform their business and present unprecedented risks," said Tiffany Xingyu Wang, course instructor and President of Oasis Consortium. "This course aims to democratize access to baseline knowledge so that more guardians of the internet and AI can effectively collaborate on implementing trustworthy AI at enterprise scale."

This curriculum builds upon Wang's successful launch of the foundational trust & safety discipline course in 2022, "Become a Digital Trust & Safety Leader," which has helped thousands of professionals develop essential skills during a surge in demand for T&S expertise. The renewed partnership with LinkedIn Learning specifically addresses the evolving landscape of T&S in the AI era, providing concrete guardrails for enterprise AI adoption.

Phil Tomlinson, SVP of Global Offerings at TaskUs and Board Member of Oasis, emphasized: "As organizations rush to implement AI solutions, Trust & Safety considerations must be integrated from the very beginning, not retrofitted as an afterthought. This course provides practical and actionable strategies that decision-makers can deploy to balance innovation, execution and safety. I will be asking my teams around the world to take this course as a matter of priority."

The program covers fundamental AI trust frameworks, proactive Safety by Design strategies, risk assessment methods, red teaming approaches, and regulatory compliance essentials – creating a blueprint for organizations to protect civility, democracy, and human wellbeing while driving technological advancement.

The course is designed for T&S practitioners, AI engineers, policy makers, and brand managers seeking to implement AI solutions responsibly. You can enroll in this essential course at LinkedIn Learning, available starting March 11, 2025.
