“We’re proud to reach this milestone and the added assurance it brings to our growing customer base,” said Steve Rasmussen, Principal at TAC Insight. “We also want to extend our gratitude to our dedicated team and our technology partners, Vanta and Prescient, for their support in achieving this certification.”

In addition, TAC Insight is enhancing its Fast-Weigh Silo & Asphalt Loadout module with the introduction of proprietary PLC hardware controls. Fast-Weigh can now integrate seamlessly with existing plant controls without affecting current safety systems and overrides, ensuring smooth and reliable silo loadout operations.

Key benefits of the enhanced loadout system include:

  • Configurable safety controls to enforce proper loadout protocols before material is dispensed.
  • Drop counts and percentages to help distribute weight evenly in the truck bed.
  • Fast-Weigh’s advanced auto-learning technology, which improves drop speed and precision, significantly reducing the time each truck spends under the silo.

With these advancements, Fast-Weigh continues to lead the industry in secure, efficient, and innovative material ticketing and loadout solutions.
