360insights, the leading provider of channel incentives management software, is proud to announce its unprecedented success at the prestigious Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) Global Awards. The company has been honored with multiple distinguished awards, including the coveted "Par Excellence" Award, cementing its position as a leader in creating meaningful, sustainable, and impactful incentive experiences worldwide.

360insights took home the following accolades:

  • Par Excellence Award (co-winner with Banff & Lake Louise Tourism)
  • Most Impactful Effort Toward Corporate Social Responsibility as Part of an Incentive Travel Program

"These recognitions from SITE validate our commitment to creating incentive programs that not only reward excellence but also positively impact the communities and environments where we operate," said Jason Atkins, founder & CEO of 360insights. "We believe that exceptional incentive experiences can and should align with responsible business practices."

The company's award-winning programs demonstrated exceptional business results while delivering meaningful experiences that align with both client and community values.

Top ‘Par Excellence Award’ Honors Collaborative CSR Efforts

In what was described as "the most unexpected moment of the 2025 Crystal Awards," 360insights and Banff & Lake Louise Tourism were named co-winners of the prestigious "Par Excellence" Award—the top honor presented each year. Both organizations were recognized for their joint efforts and contributions to CSR programming included as part of a Banff-based incentive program. The collaboration began when 360insights first learned about the DMO's CSR activities through a past SITE Incentive Summit Americas event.

The "Most Impactful Effort Toward Corporate Social Responsibility" award recognized 360insights' "Great Escape" program for Independent Electric in Banff, Alberta. This innovative program drove remarkable business results while highlighting the program's effectiveness among participating customers. The Banff initiative showcased 360insights' commitment to corporate social responsibility through a partnership with the Palliative Care Society of the Bow Valley. The program created meaningful community engagement, especially when a company representative shared a personal story and PCSBV representatives spoke during the final evening, creating authentic connections with participants.

"These programs exemplify what modern incentive travel should accomplish," noted Jason Hartley, Senior Director, Channel Marketing & Enablement for 360insights. "Today's top performers seek experiences that deliver business results while also being personally rewarding, culturally immersive, and socially responsible. Our award-winning programs demonstrate that performance excellence and positive impact can go hand in hand."
